Christian Kpesese is CEO of L4T Communications.
He is a dynamic and results-driven media executive with a proven track record of leading high-performing communications teams. He is skilled at driving strategic vision, strengthening client relationships, and delivering innovative, data-driven campaigns that elevate brand performance. He has about two decades of experience working as a journalist and communications professional. He holds an MA in Communications from the University of Cape Coast and BA in Communication Studies from the Africa University College of Communication.
Emma Mantey (Mrs) is Director of Administration and Finance at L4T Communications.
She brings more than a decade of experience supporting brand, public relations, and event management organizations to this role. She has played a key role in driving organizational growth through her exceptional skills in administration, management, team leadership, among others. Emma holds a B.A. in Psychology and is on track to complete her MBA at the University of Ghana in early 2026. Known for her professionalism, strategic mindset, and ability to build strong, efficient teams, she continues to be a pillar of operational excellence at L4T Communications.
George Kwame Osei Owiredu is Creative Director of L4T Communications.
He is an accomplished creative and production professional with nearly two decades of experience in film direction, multimedia content creation, and audiovisual production for major public and private sector clients in Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) from the National Film & Television Institute (NAFTI) and has built an impressive career across roles in advertising, media production, and independent creative consulting. He has successfully delivered high-quality video and multimedia projects for prestigious clients such as GETFund, the International Cocoa Initiative, and the Ghana National Association of Teachers, among others, consistently earning strong client satisfaction.
Jonathan Nortey Adjei is Director of Photography and Videography of L4T Communications.
As a Cinematographer, he brings a strong blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to the agency, shaped by years of hands-on work in film, documentaries, commercials, and branded content. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Motion Picture Photography from the National Film & Television Institute (NAFTI), he specializes in crafting emotionally resonant visuals that elevate storytelling and connect deeply with audiences. He previously worked as a Senior Camera Operator with the Multimedia Group Limited
Gloria Adei Kotei is Account Manager of L4T Communications.
She has a half decade of cross-industry experience in client service, sales and marketing, business development, and regional market coordination. She has exceptional expertise in client relationship management, and the ability to manage high-value accounts with professionalism and precision. She holds an MBA – Business Administration & Management General from the University of South Wales, Bachelor’s Degree – Business Management from the Université Ibn Tofail (Morocco), and Diploma – French Language from the Mohammed V University (Morocco). She speaks French and English.
